Our Service utilises Visual Matching Attribution™ Technology that allows you to:

• Search for similar or identical products based on visual data
• Attribute purchases to content creators when applicable

4.2 Screenshot Uploads

When you upload screenshots or images to our Service:

• We process these images primarily to identify and match products
• Our systems focus on product recognition while minimising processing of personal identifiers
• You acknowledge that screenshots may contain content from social media or other platforms

4.3 Limitations

Our visual search technology:

• May not identify all products with complete accuracy
• Works best with clear, high-quality images
• May suggest similar products when exact matches are unavailable

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code
• Collect or harvest any information from the Service without our consent

7. User Content

You retain ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence (with the right to sublicence) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
